The Council

A room built for decisions that are still in play.

Six professionally established women meet online for 90 minutes each month. The same Council returns over time, so context builds and the conversation can go further.

Inside a Council

Your decision stays yours.

The other five women are not there to tell you what to do. They help you examine the decision from angles you may not reach alone.

“What is the real decision underneath this one?”

What changes

Ask a better question

Get underneath the decision before rushing toward an answer.

What you can bring

It does not need to be dramatic to matter.

  • Should I take this role?
  • Am I solving the wrong problem?
  • Should I leave — or stay?
  • What am I missing?
  • I know something needs to change. I am not yet sure what.

Why six

Small enough to know the room. Different enough to make it useful.

Each Council is deliberately composed around what its members are navigating — with enough shared context to understand one another and enough difference to bring useful perspective.

Every meeting has a neutral facilitator. Her role is structure, time and participation — not coaching members or directing them toward an answer.

01

Continuity

The same six women return each month, so context does not reset every time.

02

Composition

Placement considers what members are navigating and the perspectives already in the room.

03

Structure

Facilitation protects the time and makes space for each member without turning the Council into coaching.
