Is this a permanent hire?
No. Engagements can be a defined implementation project or ongoing fractional leadership.
Will you do the work yourself?
Yes, for implementation engagements. I work with your team to put the changes in place. Advisory is available separately.
What does it cost?
Fractional COO engagements start at £5,000 per month. Project and advisory fees depend on scope.
Where do you work?
I'm London based and work with UK businesses and on international expansion. The mix of remote and in person work depends on the engagement.
