US-based women across professional stages.
The Evidence Base
Concentric began with research.
Our first US study asked women about the professional challenges they were navigating, the support available to them and what they felt was missing.
The question underneath the findings
Can someone be professionally well-connected and still lack the right people for the conversations that matter?
Across the responses, recurring themes pointed to a gap between having contacts and having the right environment for consequential professional conversations.
Concentric is testing that question in practice through deliberately composed peer Councils.
Four recurring themes
What women told us.

Finding 01
Direction uncertainty
Women described questioning whether they were on the right path, what should come next and how to make a change without a clear answer already in hand.
Methodology
Directional evidence, not a representative sample.
The research was conducted in June and July 2026 with 67 US-based women recruited through Meta lead forms and direct intake. Responses were anonymized.
The sample was self-selected and should not be treated as representative of all professional women in the United States. The purpose was to identify patterns worth testing, not to claim population-level prevalence.
Questions focused on current challenges, available support and what felt missing.
The findings informed the Council model now being tested in Edition One.
